The Coffee , blending Japanese minimalism with Mexican beans, wins over coffee lovers on Bonampak Avenue. Right on Bonampak Avenue, next to the gas station near Puerto Cancún,  The Coffee  has opened its doors — an international franchise with a Japanese-inspired concept making its debut in Cancún. It’s quickly becoming a must-visit spot for true coffee enthusiasts. Originally from Brazil and already present in several countries,  The Coffee  stands out for its minimalist design and tech-forward service: all orders are placed through a tablet, and payments are card-only. Its menu features both hot and cold drinks made with premium Mexican coffee from Chiapas, along with freshly baked artisanal pastries made in-house. Though compact — around 60 square meters — the café’s contemporary atmosphere and irresistible aroma have made it the new sensation on Bonampak.
